Career Point is a coaching centre situated in the heart of the city beautiful. It caters exclusively to the preparation of students for the UGC NET exam. It is located at SCO. 161-162, 2nd floor,Sector 8-C, Chandigarh - 160009 since the year 2000. It is reputed for its excellent results. Over the last ten years, it has assisted hundreds of students to clear the UGC NET exam, which is mandatory for a teacher to teach in Colleges/Universities. Besides students from the neighbourning states of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh, it attracts students from Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Mumbai, Delhi,Gujrat,Andra Pardesh etc.
The institute has no branch anywhere in India.
With small class size designed for personal interaction between teachers and students,there is ample use of the discussion method so that students can ask questions, clear doubts, widen their horizons and become thinking individual. A well-qualified, dedicated and experienced faculty is available besides a motivating environment. Career Point has achieved a very high success rate compared to All India UGC – NET clearing figures. Students can get books issued from the institute library, which contains all relevant books pertaining to the course. Hostel facility is available for outstation students. The quality coaching imparted not only enables the students to clear the exam, but also to become confident and motivated teachers.
Career Point conducts classroom coaching for both the June and December exams, which are generally held on the last Sunday of these months. Batches are as follows:

Material for Paper-I, II and III has been developed by the institute itself according to the requirements of the exam. Regular testing after each unit of the syllabus has been built into the teaching process.
